Pre-Order Terms & Refunds
This page explains how pre-orders work at Hydrofoils Australia so you know exactly what to expect when you reserve gear ahead of its arrival.
How pre-orders work
- Full payment now. Placing a pre-order charges the full price at checkout and reserves your size in our incoming allocation.
- Estimated arrival. Pre-order items have not arrived in stock yet. Where an arrival window is known we'll show it on the product page; where it isn't, the date is to be confirmed and we'll email you with updates as soon as we have them.
- Dispatch. We ship pre-order items as soon as stock lands, in the order reservations were received.
Cancellations & refunds
- You can cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund to your original payment method.
- If an expected timeframe changes significantly, we'll let you know and you're welcome to wait or cancel for a full refund.
- Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that goods are supplied within a reasonable time.
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items
If your order contains a pre-order item alongside in-stock items, the in-stock items may be shipped first and the pre-order item shipped separately when it arrives. Any additional shipping is at our cost.
