Warranty Coverage

Hydrofoil Academy Shop provides warranty support for products sold through our store in accordance with manufacturer warranties and Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty coverage generally applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.

What the Warranty Covers

Warranty claims may be accepted for:

• Manufacturing defects in the product
• Faulty materials or workmanship

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use or misuse of equipment
• Accidents, collisions, or impacts during watersports activities
• Incorrect storage, maintenance, or handling

Consumable or hygiene items may also be excluded from warranty coverage.
